I started my journey more than 11 years ago while serving Al-Jazeera English as an intern during the Arab Spring, showcasing my Twitter skills to secure on-demand guests for live discussions. From there, my career evolved rapidly.

After receiving a master’s in Journalism, I joined a boutique agency as a social media manager, helping Boston-based companies using my own skills to create, manage, and develop content from scratch. I quickly realized social media was the perfect creative outlet and began moonlighting as a freelancer to build my resume. In 2019, I joined Texas Instruments to lead social strategy and management for @TICalculators. In 2022, I joined Weber Shandwick as a Director of Social Strategy, where I was able to fashion strategy for some amazing brands. Since then, I’ve freelanced for companies like Changelabs and Torro Media, consulting on social media best practices, design, and protocols. Most recently, I worked with ATTN: to service AT&T, using my social media strategy skills to help build channel-specific recommendations.
